About Us

Investigation Division, Inc., formerly called Fugitive Task Force, Inc., was formed and founded by Franklin D. Streets, Jr.

Frank Streets, Private Investigator

                              
Mr. Streets is a former West Virginia Deputy Sheriff with prior military experience. He has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice through Fairmont State College.  Mr. Streets attended Ohio Peace Officer Training Council and is a certified ASP Tactical Baton Instructor.  He is certified by the National Rifle Association as a Law Enforcement / Security Firearms Instructor, Basic Pistol Instructor, Basic Shotgun Instructor, Personal Protection Instructor, Home Firearms Instructor, and a Range Safety Officer.

Mr. Streets graduated from the American International Institute of Polygraph School, (Psychophysiological Detection of Deception), which is accredited by the American Polygraph Association, and recognized by the American Association of Police Polygraphists.

Investigation Division, Inc., is licensed and bonded in the state of West Virginia to conduct and engage in the business of Private Investigations and Security under the provisions of and in compliance with Chapter 30, Article 18 of the West Virginia Code.


Investigation Division, Inc., specializes and conducts business in the fields of polygraph examinations, private investigations, security, process service, and firearms training / qualification.


Investigation Division Inc., provides services for individuals and members of the legal profession, privately owned businesses, insurance industry, and corporations.  We also strive to meet the needs of larger corporations.  It is our desire to assist you in meeting the demands of a corporation, such as conducting background checks and polygraph examinations for job applicants or conducting an investigation concerning criminal activities of a current employee.
